The company "Pujan", set up in Elbląg in 1992, was a pioneer in the Polish market in the field of manufacturing stained glass windows using self-adhesive lead strips, coloured self-adhesive films and bevelled glass elements.

In 1994, the owner of the company, Mr. Jan Puchalski started co-operation with a world leader in the field of self-adhesive lead strips - the English company Decra Led North Western Lead Co. Ltd. At that time he did not assume that this innovative method of making stained glass windows by means of materials imported from England would be so successful in the Polish market. For several years a growing demand for coloured stained glass windows has been noted in the Polish market. For many years people tried to find a cheaper method of decorating glass then the traditional one. Pujan's products turned out to meet the requirements of today's clients. We managed to considerably reduce manufacturing costs of making coloured pictures on the glass with the use of lead strip, coloured self-adhesive films and bevelled glass elements, by applying them on glass sheet.

2002 saw the first exhibition of Pujan's products in the Eastern market. We exhibited our products in Kiev (the Ukraine), then in Kaliningrad and recently in Moscow. Everywhere we enjoyed a great interest in our offer. We have signed a couple of interesting contracts and started cooperation with many companies."Pujan" company has not abandoned its original activity e.g. offering services in the field of glass-making. Apart from stained glass we also offer a wide range of artistically sand-blasted glass, sand-carved glass, curved, convex, ornamental, bevelled and ground glass as well as bevelled and ground mirrors. In addition to this, we manufacture glass gadgets for special events i.e: clocks, cups, vases, bottles and so on.

In 2002 the high quality of our services and products was confirmed by our obtaining the Certificate of Quality Management in accordance with PN-EN-ISO9001:2001.
